Summary

Description
English: Cannellini beans, uncooked, extending past the edges of the image, with every bean in sharp focus. The image area is 64.4mm by 42.9mm, a 10mm scale bar would be 932 pixels long (as calibrated with a steel ruler imaged with the same setup). The camera was rigidly mounted and remotely triggered to avoid shaking with f/36 aperture and the sensor set to iso 200 to ensure sharp focus and lack of grain from sensor noise. White balance was set using an out of focus white sheet of paper. The pulses (beans, peas, lentils) in this series of images are identified by the food packaging (Goya brand) and may not correspond to the scientific name.
